4th Sundays @ Open Door Mission

10AM Sunday gathering @ 5803 Harrisburg Blvd.

As a way of serving some of the most marginalized people in our community, we meet our fellow neighbors seeking to rebuild their lives where they’re at, and many of them find themselves at Open Door Mission, an in-patient recovery program. Catch us worshipping and fellowshipping alongside the men at Open Door Mission every 4th Sunday at the same time, 10AM. Trust us when we say you will be blessed to be a part of this worship gathering.

5th Sundays: Serving Our Barrio

10AM (Locations vary depending on service project that Sunday)

We know not every month has 5 Sundays, but during those special months, we take the 5th Sunday off from worshipping inside of the 4 walls to hit the streets of our barrio in service. These Sundays are full of worship— worship through service with our hands and feet in our neighborhood! To stay up to date with where we will be at for our next 5th Sunday, follow us on Instagram: @trinityeastend

What Should I Expect?

We envision a worship community where our faith is nourished by the historical and liturgical aspects of sacramental worship, and at the same time, fostering an environment where freedom of expression in worship is encouraged and celebrated, where the powerful work of the Holy Spirit is welcomed!

We seek to create an intimate worship atmosphere during Sundays where the sacraments are practiced, liturgy is rich, Jesus is preached from every text, and the Holy Spirit works powerfully among us. When we take of the Lord’s supper, we believe Christ is present at the Table. When we lift our hands to worship our God corporately, we believe God shows up in powerful, sometimes unexpected ways. When we make the sign of the cross, or kneel during confession, we remind ourselves that worship includes the whole of our being.

Ultimately, we aim to create a hospitable and safe space where everyone is welcomed to experience the shalom of God: Restoration, Belonging, and Purpose.

GOSPEL COMMUNITY HOME GATHERING

Every thursday @ 6pm

Every single week, we gather in a home as a gospel community group to practice the rhythms of Acts 2:42-47. We share a meal, fellowship, break bread together, and discuss scripture as we seek to grow as missional disciples in our city. For address details, please feel free to send us a DM on Instagram: @trinityeastyend. We look forward to breaking bread with you!
