At trinity, we are committed to providing our church's essential operations with a humility that reflects the character and nature of our God. The following staff members serve in their positions in either a full-time or part-time capacity:

Carlos Eliel Rebollar,
Lead Pastor/CHURCH PLANTER
Carlos is a die-hard Houston sports fan. He is a lover of music, art, tacos, exploring and celebrating culture, and history. He’s been married to his wife, Chelsea, for 9 years and together they have two small boys.
As the lead pastor/church planter of Trinity East End, Carlos leads out in the vision, mission, equipping, and care of our church with wisdom from our church’s outside board of elders. But truly, this work could not be accomplished without the amazing church planting team members that we are privileged to have as part of our church family. Ultimately, we know Jesus is the One building His Church, and we are privileged to get to be a part of what He is doing in Houston’s East End!

BOARD OF ELDERS
At Trinity East End, we believe the local church should be led by a plurality of elders. Since, at the moment, the only elder at Trinity East End is our lead pastor, Carlos Rebollar, our umbrella organization (The Collaborative Fellowship) provides a provisional set of elders to bring oversight, accountability, and assistance in the decision-making processes at Trinity East End.
